Customeer wanted to create a space for the family. She wanted a warm look and a cork floor for sound. With that idea we packed out a 6ft framed wall with cork, installed a drop down remote controlled screed in a way so that the customer could also hang a big screen 60" Flat screen with hidden wires.

Custom Finished Off Basement

I finished off and designed the entire basement and come up with 7 area spaces; A bathroom, office, small kitchenette, walk-in closet, large game room, and a large family TV room. Customized built in features include a space for a trash compactor, small refrigerator, custom built in fully tiled shower and shelf unit, custom built TV shelf entertainment center, custom trophy shelf. We used space very good. Electrical Panel had a framed Picture for the door! Project space design flowed great!
